A.N Spotless primarily uses truck mounted hot water extraction to clean carpets. We use a hot water cleaning solution under high pressure to wash your carpet before the solution is removed again along with the pollutants, dust mites, flea eggs and other bugs that live in your carpet.
The truck-mounted unit is more effective than smaller, portable units that are brought into your home. This is because our extraction method heats up water to a higher temperature and uses a higher pressure to break up dirt, oil, bacteria, chemicals and pollens in your carpet.

- We vacuum your carpets first, spot clean by hand and/or power head and clean your carpets using the extraction method. Extracting the moisture brings loose dirt and stains from the carpet.
- Finally we deodorize. You will need to allow 3-4 hours for the carpet to dry. subject to weather.
